  • Authors Registration Deadline : June 15, 2026

Registration Policy

    1. To be published in the INFINITYS 2026 Conference Proceedings, a minimum of one author from each accepted papers MUST register.
    2. One Registration covers only one paper and all others author of the paper may join the conference by virtually.
    3. Authors MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID. In this case, the copy of the student ID SHOULD be sent to registrar (secretariat@infinitys-ic.org) via e-mail.
    4. For author registrations, absolutely no cancellations/refunds will be accepted after June 15, 2026.
    5. “Member” rates apply to members of IEEE.
